Empowering Lives Through Art, Awareness, and Expression.

Sandhyaa Manoj is a multifaceted artist, educator, and wellness advocate who seamlessly blends the worlds of art, yoga, and mindful living. With a career spanning over two decades, she has earned recognition as a classical Odissi dancer, yoga teacher, anchor, actor, and personal development trainer, inspiring audiences and learners across India, Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond. Her journey is one of devotion, discipline, and discovery — where movement becomes meditation and expression becomes awareness.

Born in the Middle East and rooted to Kerala, Sandhyaa discovered her steps towards art at a very early age of four. Started her training in Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyatam in Kuwait itself and she never looked back to ever bring about a break no matter whether it was for studies or for furthering her ventures in art, in other forms, or even marriage or motherhood. Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyatam was deep-rooted in her while in Malaysia, she found her passion in Odissi. Along with Odissi, she also explored contemporary Kathak extensively and performing each and every style under that particular auspices. But her deep passion rooted completely in Odissi. She underwent extensive training in Odissi under Srimati Geetha Shankaran Lam, furthering to Guru Durgacharan Ranbir and finding her finesse with Guru Rathikanta Mohapatra and she started venturing into the storytelling mode in her own productions.

With this adornment of her deep-rooted passion in dance, she also supported her husband’s passion, which was yoga. Both of them set out to start one of the most famous and popular schools of Malaysia, set in 1999, and they fondly called it Manasa because it was embedded in philosophy, with life embedded with philosophy, in movement, breath, and a soulful journey. The same philosophy she entrapped in her productions and making it more and more communicatable to her audience who were not well-versed in dance.

In the exploration of both these professions, she was discovered by the High Commission of India to Malaysia for her exemplary anchoring and emceeing skills. Her eloquence, warmth, and authenticity with which she held each of the high protocol events gave her a prestigious and honorable repute in the field of anchoring.
